Philtech Enterprises Pty Ltd is located in the south east suburbs of Melbourne, Australia's largest manufacturing city.

From its inception in 1987, Philtech concentrated on component design and manufacture of prototypes. 1992 saw Philtech begin production of 2 stroke model diesel engines.

Twenty years on, Philtech continues to supply high class precision components and prototypes, and has established a noteworthy reputation as the one of the few multi-cylinder V type model engine manufacturers in the world.

Philip Morton (B. Eng.), the owner, is a qualified mechanical engineer with over 20 years experience in the manufacture of miniature mechanical products. He has also focused on the design of 2-stroke model aircraft engines from singe cylinder to V12

Brian Dennis, an expert in electronic design and manufacture, has contributed to the technological advancement of Philtech's model V type engine range, with the addition of an electronic management system. The system includes fuel injection and on-board glow control.
